The political, policy and economic changes looming in late 2012 and early 2013 may produce either boom or doom. Ken Simonson, chief economist for the nation's leading construction trade association and incoming NABE president, will offer his fearless forecast of the election, the tax and spending decisions in the next three months, and the implications for different sectors of construction.
